Will still come back if I need to return for work or any other reason around PJ or Bangsar area.. Stay was ok. Other than internet being slow at times, all was good. Mall next door is superb for grabing a quick bite. Just drive 2mins to get to Bangsar village for more food selection and pubs. Value-wise, VE was unbeatable - we had a large corner room we booked 'Suite Deluxe' with a separate nook to enjoy the view. Location-wise, Grab could take anywhere between 6 mins off-peak and 25 mins rainy weekday evening to make the 3km ride to MidValley.
While our room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, we would recommend giving the spa on M3 a miss. Pick any spa in Bangsar Village if you want to spend RM or more to pamper yourself. We enjoyed our stay. The room was stylishly decked out and the bathroom had a bathtub.
The hotel is relatively new and everything is still in great condition. The hotel is a short walk from a LRT station and only a 5 min taxi ride from Bangsar village.
Location is probably the only concern with no access to public transport but taxi is readily available and cheap in KL. Not quite in Bangsar area as indicated by the Booking Agent but only 10 minutes by car to Mid Valley if you want shopping.

Room is spacious and clean with basic amenities, while no luxury but excellent value for money — good choice for commercial traveler, particularly if you are not working in the main city area. The best experience is the great hospitality extended by the hotel staff which certainly makes up any down-side of the offering.
The hotel is beside the LRT train station hence there is no need for your own vehicle if you are planning to explore Kuala Lumpur. There are some eateries and convenience stores around as well. Alternatively, it is train stops away from KL Sentral s Parking is in the basement and well-lit the entire day with a security officer on duty at all times which I have been there.
The pool and gym are still under renovations during my stay on February. The room is very spacious and has the basic amenities provided for, and ample wardrobe space. A clothes iron and board is provided in-room. For less than RM70 on promotion when I booked this place, it surprised me because the room was more spacious than I thought compared to other hotel rooms offering the same price. The room was well-lit and had it's own TV with basic Astro. There was even free breakfast until 11am. The only downside is that the hotel entrance is slightly hidden and hard to find.
Besides that, this place has potential to be a 4-star hotel. Quite recommended. For most of my stays with this price, i have never came across a hotel with such a luxurious interior with a 4 star service. It came as a surprise the moment i entered the lobby.
As i booked this on Agoda, i didn't care too much of the pictures shown as i would usually suspect a catch with such price. To top it off, it was really really close to Midvalley. The rooms were above average for a "budget-priced" hotel and the facilities were enough for my needs.
Though my room was windowless, it has it's own perks. I was very close to upgrading to the room with window but realised quickly how quiet my current room was and decided to stick with it.
The staff were mostly young but friendly. The food is pretty much what you'll get in any standard local hawker food store but in a much more comfortable environment. The price is equally reasonable! Overall, the hotel offers more than what i have paid for and the value behind every Ringgit was well spent.
Book with Agoda is half the price of walk-in rate! Room very clean, has coffee,tea, kettle, hairdryer ,TV. Cons: quite a small room, no toothbrush. Prepare a deposit of RM50! The hotel was nice, helpfull and friendly staffs.
But a bit far from the bangsar village. No entertaintment place nearby. Everything is normal. But the hotel is located very near to Kuchai Lama business area, which offers great food, great shopping experience.
It's only a few minutes walk from the hotel to the area. A nice place to rest, quiet, and clean. I think it is a great stay. It is clean and comfortable. It has good location and it is near to Bangsar and Mid Valley. The only thing is I cannot boil water inside the room. I need to get hot water outside. I think the hotel needs to improve on this. Convenient location with basic hotel facilities with wifi, air conditioner and astro TV 2 Queen size beds and 1 toilet.
I booked for friend. They were satisfied with the money paid. Which you couldn't find other places with such a good deal. Many kopitiam or cafe surroundings. Easy access to kl, bangsar, pj , Puchong or seremban highway. Cons are parking is a bit Cons are parking is a bit headache.
With patience you will find one. This hotel located at a very strategic location. You can easily find all kind of food within walking distance. Staff are very helpfull. Was on the way to cameron highlands and stayed over in kl for a night. It also has a secure underground carpark with car park attendants available 24 hrs. Camped at this lovely hotel for 3 nights extended an extra night because the staff were so friendly!
Had an awesome stay. The staffs were so superbly friendly and pleasant. The 2 girls who works the late shift and the 2 guys who works the morning shift were always carrying a smile on their face and they were so polite and courteous. They is a 24 hour coffeeshop, and some pubs just 2 minutes away. You don't need to worry about food. Safety looks okay when I was there, though I still wouldn't advise a solo girl to walk along the roads late at night.
Anyone standing along the corridors WILL be able to hear what you say or do in your room. They don't even need to stand near your door. I've tested it. So if you're planning to stay a few nights, don't be alarmed if they don't knock on your door to change your sheets.
You need to request for new towers and toilet rolls yourself. Water pressure's good. Toilet's clean.
Awesome staff, awesome stay! The hotel is very nice due to the location that near by KL town. Staffs all very friendly and able to help us for most of the request, few nice restaurant around the hotel, a 24 hours hyper market is just under the hotel basement, food and stuffs are very cheap!!
We got a clean and comfortable room. Highly recommended to stay for. I, definitely, coming again to stay at this hotel next time. However, room service has a bit of slow. The only thing I wish to see some improvementin future. Change to 2nd room, when bath no hot water. Change to 4th room continue few days, no water more than a day, when ask from front desk, feedback was , "I also don't know, what can I do?
