Hello again, I really want to buy The Sending now instead of waiting for the US edition to come out, whenever that may be, but I am having trouble…. Your IP address will be recorded.

Harry Potter. Books By Language. Books in Spanish. The thought of actually having Ariel around is disturbing, he has always been a shifty character ahead of Elspeth, now they may meet face to face. Wait what? Dragon had things with her? A book cube? How will that help? Is he outside the area? Or has he been accepted by Lidge?
Is Lidge able to control this power? And physical contact breaks through it as well. Lucky Darga was sent along. Moon bursting into fire? Some long avaited Gadfian intel — High Chafiri, Chafiri, Gadfians and then halfbloods — of course all the women could only have a relationship with a man through bonding, men can do as they please.
The domes are for food? What a depraved society. And they only speak gadi to the same sex — why bother? Ekoni — the soldierguards. All the beasts are aware of Elspeth being here now, Innle is a useful thing, but what does it actually mean?
What is this Sabra? So much information! The city of the white-faced lords. Oh please tell me no one is going to be sent there. Hmmm what is the sceptre and what dragon? Is it related to the Moon? And Dragon looked like the original Red Queen. Have you been put into a cryopod? But how? Yeah I guess the dragon could be a coercion.
Unless entina is a dragon which Dragon can control? Yes, the masked ball! Are the towers related to the Dragon? Mad Matthias! Oh dear. I was confused for a second I thought Keely said she knew him as a child.
Huh so the first red queen was from the Beforetime protesting dolphin and whales in captivity. Goat who already knows about her. That goat. So not going to happen. This is a prime question. Indeed what of Sador, they only have deformed misfits from the Isis pools. We can only hope Dragon figured out where she needs to go — I do wonder what the sceptre is. Why does Elspeth need to say the words of the ancient promise?
Like are they the words she will find and Swallow will be there? How else will she know them? Burning Man and surely a Rainbow Warrior reference. My friend Queenie. Well, well, well. Or is it just a random word? Little group of island settlements? I want more of this. Now Entina is just scary, it has mind-altering fog and cracks and crevices, scary.
Oh Elspeth. Huh, so beast auras glow for Elspeth, interesting. Obviously about Innle — but how? Perhaps they are seeing your spirit — are they just happy to see you and then are bowing? The Black Ship, Ariel has got be around then.
Do they have a plan? Go Swallow, go try to find this machine, which I totally think is Lidge. Okay so who was this person trying to probe Elspeth? And how was it happening under the block? Someone else? Oh Elf I always laugh when you say you vaguely remember something that came up not that long ago.
Why is that curious Elspeth, of course no one would think a treasure be a weaponmachine. Stone people? Statues from the Beforetime? Matthew disappeared? That might be cause Matthew still loves Dragon or idolises her perhaps. Dragon have you been in a cryopod? So Matthew ran off? Perhaps he had a vision of Dragon?
Another way out? So how did Rushton get here? So Gilaine has been gifted to the emperor. Lidgebaby was a girl, huh. Surely he should be familiar with that. The time for waiting has well and truly ended!
Raise the Dragon! How exciting. Maruman is with them! Masked ball, masked ball! So Matthew went to save Dragon. I really want to see how their reunion went down. Do not want to turn the page. Misfit taking-over of the Quarry! The hard part would be convincing them to leave with the man who enslaved them and so that's why I think they're still enslaved at all. Some will probably point out that if Erin was with Ariel before she was with Salamander then she would know whether or not Lidge is the second null.
I don't think so because Ariel's Misfit power seems to be excellent project management skills and he can work on many different things without them overlapping.
Ariel is a cruel [censored] but he is great at compartmentalizing his affairs so those involved know only what their part in his plans are. Erin knowing about Lidge would mean she was a high risk companion and so she could never leave his sight or would have been killed once she went over to Salamander.
I definitely think Lidge is the second null but none who knew Lidge in life would have known it My theory about Lidge is connected to this new line of reasoning will be posted some time later today.
Master of Obernewtyn. It seems very Aside from that I only have one real problem with the possibility of Salamander being either Saresh or Jakoby's bondmate; we don't really know them. Aside: do you want this theory published to the Theories archive, by any chance? But, Salamander showed up around the time the Druid's camp was destroyed, and that Salamander has a beautiful woman speak for him - I agree, that sounds like Erin to me. Alternatively, the beautiful woman could be Saresh, but Ariel coerces her appearance to make her look how she would if she weren't deformed which may be why she wants to keep him around.
The other thing that made me think the Druid was that the Black Ship has beforetime weapons on it could it be a reclaimed Navy vessel? Maybe they found it on Norseland, in or around the bunker there - long shot, I know - we know the Druid was always on the hunt for weapons, even accidentally? That the Druid would have sold some of his own people into slavery including his mute daughter - well, it's callous but not implausible, particularly in order to seal a deal with the Red Landers that gave him the ability to search their regions and beyond for more weapons.
In Farseekers he only seems to acknowledge Erin, and we know the Druid gets rid of anything that isn't his version of perfect. Where is he? If I don't see a dead body, nothing will convince me he's dead. As for the second null - I'd be interested to hear the Lidge theory.
I think it's been toyed with in other random threads, as has the possibility of it being Jes. I have been wondering the same things! I think Salamander IS Bruna's sister coming to take revenge for the wrongs she believed she suffered. It could fit all the descriptions and why Salamander hides "his" face, etc. Posts: Quick thought, how about the possibility that Seresh has coercive abilities herself?
We know that the overguardian has Talent, so presumably others among the temple must have some level of Talent since they were all exposed to the same poisoned water in the womb.
And Seresh could hide her deformity the same way, using the wrapping as an extra level of safety. Not sure if this theory has been raised before, just occurred to me. Late night typical brain going off on tangents haha. I agree Ashe! It is quite possible that she would have some level of Talent. Ever since Elspeth discovered the room in Salamander's stronghold with the beautiful clothing, and we heard that Salamander has never actually been seen in the company of his female 'companion' at least, I don't think he has, correct me if I'm wrong , I became quite sure it must be Seresh.
She was deprived of beautiful things and worldly possessions as a temple guardian and Jakoby said she had loved beautiful things However I suppose it's possible that Jakoby's bondmate could be Salamander I feel like there haven't been enough little clues about him for him to turn out to be such an important character though.
OOOoo that totally makes sense about the clothes Kella! Hadn't thought about that part of TSK in ages but doing a reread of them all before Nov and that definitely fits in with Seresh being Salamander.
AND she loved dancing before her mother gave her to the temple so she might be recreating what she lost when she entered the temple. Also - errant thought, where did the name Salamander come from? Was it something that just appeared? I don't think Brydda says anything about the name when he first introduces the character just that Salamander is a slaver.
Just re-read Ashling and there was definitely no explanation - I saw your post Ashe before I had got to where Salamander first is mentioned! But I didn't think Ariel could use his powers like that? I still think Salamander must be Talented. And your idea about the name's origin makes sense Ashe!
